Information and cancellation conditions

• In the apartments it is not allowed to smoke.
• Dogs and other pets are not allowed.
• The check-in in the Arpa Chalet is possible starting from 2 p.m. We kindly ask you to give us a quick call before arrival.
  On the departure day you are asked to leave the apartment within 9:30 a.m.
• Travel conditions:
  For a fix reservation we kindly ask you to send us a written confirmation and to transfer a deposit to our bank account.
• Cancellation:
  The Arpa Charlet applies following cancellation conditions:
  In case of a cancellation of a reserved holiday, the deposit will not be returned. For cancellations done 14 days before arrival we charge 50% of the reserved stay. In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge the total amount.
  We recommend to conclude a cancellation insurance.
• Tourist tax:
  Not included in the price is the tourist tax, which is charged since the 1st. January 2014 in South Tyrol.
  The tourist tax must be paid at departure day and is calculated per guest and night. Kids and teenagers under 14 years do not have to pay for it.
